Abode Crosby are the best - everyone I have dealt with there are super professional from the moment I met them. Elizabeth runs an amazing team and she was so helpful to us both renting our buy to let property and selling and buying our next main dream home. Sam and Rachel are also amazing as are the rest of the team. We wanted a long term estate agent and partnership and we will never go anywhere else, keep up the amazing work! Would recommend to anyone in Sefton! 5***** and the best around :)

I recently sold a house through Abode. Cannot recommend Rachel Knight and Ann Roberts enough. The sale took a while due to complications with the survey and both of these ladies provided me with updates and reassurance through out. The communication was superb. We cannot recommend Abode Crosby enough. From having Helen out for the valuation on our property to the sales team for helping and guiding us along the way using the Easymove scheme for the purchase of a new build. It has been a seemless and very quick process. Rachel is amazing, so professional, giving us expert advice on our sale, to Stacie kindly helping us with negotiations with the developer on our purchase and Rachel overseeing the whole project. Thanks guys, we cannot wait to complete the sale in 2 weeks. Contracts have been exchanged within 7 weeks which is amazing, the quickest house move we have ever done xx

I can not praise Abode highly enough. All of their staff were extremely kind professional and helpful to me at every stage of the selling process. I was also lucky enough to be buying a property they were selling and again they did a very good job of seeing through the process with minimal fuss.
Highly highly recommended especially Amanda in sales and Ann in progressions.

We recently bought a house sold through Abode. The team were always helpful and quick to respond. In particular, Amanda was always ready to help and Ann was invaluable in keeping us updated and especially chasing the solicitors in the final stages. They made a huge difference in coordinating with the sellers and getting the purchase over the line!

Zero complaints when dealing with Abode Allerton! Their team have been welcoming and informative throughout and often going out of thier own ways to make sure me and my partner understood the entire process of purchasing a home for the first time. We mostly dealt with Amanda and Jason who maintained a friendly approach to their work.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jason Jones at Abode Financials. As a first-time buyer going through the process on my own, I expected it to feel overwhelming, but Jason made it the complete opposite.

From the start, he was incredibly supportive, approachable, and honest. It genuinely felt like I had a friend guiding me through everything, rather than just a mortgage advisor. He always took the time to explain things clearly and gave me straightforward, unbiased opinions on the properties I was considering and the prices I was seeing.

One thing that really stood out was his advice during negotiations. Thanks to Jason encouraging me to offer below the asking price, I actually ended up saving money, something I might not have had the confidence to do on my own.

I can’t recommend Jason enough. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely on your side, he’s the person you want helping you through the process.

Abode Formby was the standout estate agent when it came to valuing and listing our property. Lauren presented a well thought through and logical valuation which was higher than other valuations and Abode managed to achieve the valuation price.

Recently bought through Abode and they were superb. My sale elsewhere was difficult throughout but Sue in particular was by far the best part of the whole process. Her communication with all parties was consistently friendly and informative whilst remaining proactive despite little response from elsewhere.
