Important Changes for Landlords

You may have heard about the new licensing scheme that  is being introduced throughout Liverpool from 1st April 2015. Information about the scheme is now available to view on the council webpages over at www.liverpool.gov.uk/landlordlicensing

Here, you will find information about the scheme, how to apply, the fee structure, the payment methods, the licence conditions and frequently asked questions.
